If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we’ll arrange a replacement right away. To be eligible, please follow the steps below.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
To request a return or replacement, your order must meet the following conditions:
- Wrong Product Received: The product delivered doesn’t match your order.
- Damaged on Arrival: The item is visibly broken, chipped, or cracked.
- Missing Items: Part of your order is missing from the package.
📸 Important:
Please share a clear unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery as proof. This helps us process your request quickly and fairly.
🕒 All requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.

If you’d like to return an item for personal reasons (not related to damage or errors), we’re happy to offer a refund after a quick quality check on the returned product.
Please note, return shipping charges will apply to help cover reverse logistics and inspection costs:
- Orders Rs. 0 – Rs. 899: Rs. 150
- Orders Rs. 900 – Rs. 2,499: Rs. 350
Important: Original packaging (box, foam, and wrapping) must be intact for the return to be accepted.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
While we strive to provide a flexible return policy, certain items are not eligible for return due to their nature or condition at the time of return:
- Extremely fragile items that are at high risk of damage during reverse transit.
- Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery.
- Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items.
- Items returned without original packaging (including foam inserts, boxes, and protective wrapping).
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
- Items marked as final sale or limited edition.
- Any damage or issue reported beyond 48 hours from delivery.
